STRATEGY & CHANGE

Turn Complex Challenges Into Shared Clarity

Get unstuck, align your team, and make complex strategies visible with the award-winning 3D World Method.

Now available in North America for the first time. An award-winning method from Germany, facilitated by the sole certified North American facilitator.

Stop the Meeting Loop: Align Your Team Fast

Your team is smart. The strategy is written. Yet change feels stuck and alignment stays just out of reach. Make the work visible so decisions stick and momentum returns.

Endless meetings, little movement...

See the model of your realities and take decisions together.

Leaders push, teams remain unclear...

Build one shared picture everyone understands.

Initiatives stall at silo seams...

Bridge the gaps; make handoffs flow across teams.

Disengagement grows...

Equal participation; every voice becomes visible.

“What we needed wasn’t more planning slides. We needed a way to actually see what’s going on — together.”

How It Works: From Ideas to Insight

1

Collect Content

Everyone shares ideas individually, then groups them. Key themes are captured on hexagonal tiles.

2

Build Islands

Tiles are clustered into thematic “islands.” Connections and bridges link isolated ideas to broader systems.

3

Create Profile

Priorities and power dynamics are visualized through elevation and wooden elements.

4

Reflect & Act

The 3D model reveals patterns, helping teams test scenarios and plan concrete action.

Ideal for Teams Who Need To:

Align on Strategy: Translate leadership goals into team-level OKRs that stick.
Clarify Roles: Make responsibilities and interfaces visible after re-orgs or growth.
Navigate Change: Unify diverse stakeholders in the midst of transformation.
Break Down Silos: Surface cross-functional dependencies and unlock collaboration.
Define Team Values: Move from abstract ideals to practical, shared behaviors.
Plan Innovation: Prioritize ideas and initiatives with shared logic and buy-in.

Real-World Use Cases

Team Kick-Off

"What important activities will we be doing in 2 years?"

A team mapped their future work packages and responsibilities to stay valuable during upcoming organizational changes.

Values Workshop

"What matters most to us in future teamwork?"

A team defined what modern collaboration actually looks like in their specific work context and culture.

Strategy Workshop

"What are the critical success factors for our goals?"

Department representatives aligned on success factors and measures to achieve leadership's goals.

“Even though it was fun, we worked hard and saw how everything connects. Now we have a clear path forward. And we all own it.”

What Teams Ask

Most workshops end in idea overload and forgotten sticky notes. This one creates a physical, visual, shared language your team can literally point to. The 3D World map reduces misinterpretation, boosts participation and ownership from all, and keeps alignment alive beyond the session.

The ideal group size is 6–10. Enough for diversity yet small enough for focus. Are you a larger group or a conference? We split into smaller builds and synthesize insights across groups.

Teams align faster, decisions become clearer, and risks are surfaced earlier. Because everyone contributes, resistance drops and with digital documentation, the clarity lasts well beyond the workshop.

Absolutely. The method is structured and results-focused. The tactile elements are thinking tools, not toys, and they help smart people reason together quickly. It is widely used in all sectors also in technical and highly regulated organizations.

That depends on your challenge. A focused team alignment might need 4 hours. A complex multi-stakeholder strategy workshop might bring the best results when planned over 1-2 days. We size it based on what you're trying to achieve, not a standard format.

This method works best in-person. Each group receives a digital documentation afterward, but building the model requires physical co-creation. For global teams, we’re happy to design digital or hybrid sessions using other tools (like LEGO® Serious Play® or virtual canvases) tailored to your needs.
