Hi, I’m Katja.
I live for the messy middle — those moments when things feel too complex, uncertain, or tangled to move forward. Not because I enjoy chaos (I don’t). But because clarity isn’t something you wait for.

That belief has taken me from leading global transformations across Europe and the Americas to coaching leaders in boardrooms — and using creative methods like LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® to help teams discover answers they didn’t know they had.
For more than 15 years, I’ve guided fast-paced organizations in tech, healthcare and NGOs through change that lasts. I’ve seen strategies stall without buy-in — and I’ve seen the shift when a team suddenly says:

Beyond work, I live what I teach.
As the “COO” of a child-rich, multilingual household that’s crossed borders more than once, I know what it means to adapt with humor, heart, and a well-stocked snack bag.
Climbing rock walls keeps me humble, focused, and occasionally wondering what I’ve gotten myself into. Kind of like change work, really.
