For the physical bricks, it depends on your session: shorter workshops use compact LSP kits that teams normally keep as a reminder. Larger team-building sessions require more extensive brick collections, which you can purchase if you want to keep the models or continue building together back at the office. Either way, the real value lives in the shared understanding you've created.
